RECALL

Models: Manitex 2892S Year 1999-2000

Dates of manufacture: January 1999 - September 2000

Defect: On the partial outrigger operating modes there exists capacities that exceed the manufacturers load chart. This increases the possibility of tipping the crane.

Remedy: Immediately discontinue use of the partial outrigger operating modes. PAT America will send new software to correct the condition. Owners/Dealers who do not receive the new software within a resonable time or who have questions should contact:
